For more than 40 years, Kloranes's laboratories create beauty products that respect nature and its treasures.

The Challenge

Our challenge was to promote the new Klorane products to the brand’s target audience.


We had to use digital media to introduce the new products to consumers and eventually lead them to the stores to make a purchase. The main constraint was that the products are sold exclusively at specific pharmacies.

We created an application (ROPO Tool Research Online Purchase Offline) where users, after reading and learning more about the products, were able to choose their nearest store and print out a discount coupon, which also could be sent to mobile phones and through a newsletter. The campaign was promoted through Facebook Ads and GDN.
